It's modern, nicely decorated and has all the amenities you may need even during a long-term stay, including a dishwasher and wash dryer. It gets a lot of daylight and has a speedy WiFi connection. The customer service was superb, too. I got lots of support from Christina, she was responsive, always friendly and happy to help. When I reported a technical issue in the flat, she organised to have it fixed within less than 24 hrs. I couldn't recommend more. I hope to rent the flat again when I'm back in Las Palmas.

This is a really nice place, comfortable, spacious and in a perfect position. If we want to find some fault, the main problem is the noise coming from upstairs, fortunately limited to daytime hours. Apart from that everything was perfect, even the cosee more

Apart from that everything was perfect, even the communication with the host. There was a small problem with the dishwasher on the last day, but I had the impression that it would be solved quickly, they answered me right away.

We stayed at the apartment for six nights. There was plenty of space, great WiFi and a decent workplace in the second bedroom to get work done. The kitchen and bathroom were outfitted to an alright standard - I guess COVID prevented to also stock somsee more

The kitchen and bathroom were outfitted to an alright standard - I guess COVID prevented to also stock some kitchen / bathroom essentials (e.g., salt, oil in the kitchensoap in the bathroom). The location of the apartment was also great - close by the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The communication with the host was also fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Tuvimos un problema inicial para poder acceder al apartamento, y costó un poco que el anfitrión nos hiciera caso. Finalmente mandó a alguien del personal. A partir de ahí todo perfecto

Esta propiedad tiene un sistema de domótica, sufrió una caída puntual. Para cualquier problema mandamos siempre un número de teléfono en la confirmación de reserva en donde pueden localizarnos y enviaremos a alguien psee more
